Listed below are our rules. By placing an advert on the site you are agreeing to abide by these rules.
- 1. You must keep your password secret at all times.
- 2. MotorCarAds.co.uk contains hypertext links to websites that are not operated by us. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their content. Our inclusion of hypertext links and advertisements to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material contained on the websites or of the owners.
- 3. Routine maintenance and servicing of our servers and equipment will be needed from time to time. We will do our utmost to keep disruption to a minimum, however, we cannot guarantee that the Website will be continuously available on-line. We therefore provide the Website on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- 4. We make no warranty that the Website (or websites which are linked to the Website) are free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer programs. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use appropriate virus checking software.
- 5. Where as we expect all traders and private sellers to describe their vehicles honestly and accurately. MotorCarAds.co.uk does not take any responsibility for inaccurate descriptions of the vehicles listed on the site.
- 6.MotorCarAds.co.uk accepts no responsibility for the condition of any item or vehicle that may be used in part-ex or swap.
- 7. To access certain services on the website you will need to register (free of charge). As part of the registration process, you will need to volunteer a user-name and password. You agree that the information you supply with your registration will be truthful, accurate and complete. You also agree that you will not attempt to register in the name of any other individual nor will you adopt any user-name with we deem to be offensive. If you use an offensive user-name, we reserve the right to suspend your account indefinitely.
- 8. Any and all advertisement placed on MotorCarAds.co.uk must be inoffensive. Any advert deemed offensive will be removed.
- 9. Items listed for swap must be able to be purchased publicly and adhere to all applicable laws of the UK.
- 10. By registering your details you have given MotorCarAds.co.uk permission to contact you about special offers or new services. We may do this by phone, letter or email.
- 11. Any change in the Terms Conditions will be conveyed to you by letter or email. We will give you 30 days notice before any change takes effect. We can not accept any responsibility for failure to receive emails or letters if you do not keep your profile up to date.
- 12. Any trader posing as a private seller will have their account suspended until their account is updated to reflect their status.
- 13. You will not advertise a vehicle on MotorCarAds.co.uk unless the vehicle is yours, or you have express permission to sell the car from the owner.
- 14. All advertisements are online for 6 months, after this they are automatically deleted.
- 15.Any advertisers/registered users using imagery deemed pornographic or offensive will have their advert(s)removed and be banned from using the site. We may also report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
- 16.We reserve the right to remove adverts from any particular dealer/trader without notice.
- 17. A single advert must be for one vehicle only. Any adverts placed that list the details or images of more than one vehicle can be removed from the site.
